These bread harps are awesome! They cut so well and are easy to use. They come in both left- and right-hand options.The blade is kept under tension so that is doesn’t bend or flex much when it is used so it doesn’t need much pressure applied to cut. So, it is perfect for that hard crusty outer French bread with the very soft center. Available in Dark Walnut (dark brown), Black Cherry (red color), Hard Maple (light color). The harps are finished in our special blend of food grade curing seed oils.
