Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchase from The Kitchen. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thekitchennashville.com. We’ll generate a return shipping label for you—this is typically more cost-effective than sending it back on your own.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding all shipping costs).

Please note that perishable items, gift cards, cooking classes and special orders are final sale and non-returnable.
