Mirzam Chocolate is a bean to bar craft chocolate company in Dubai. They craft rich single origin chocolate bars, along with unique inclusions and spices. They pick their cacao from regions located along the maritime spice route where traders sailed hundreds of years ago to exchange spices and ingredients. These locations such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India inspire Mirzam to create their unique tasting chocolate bars. Mirzam opened in 2016 and have already won multiple awards for different bar.

The Halwa bar is 62% Dark Chocolate with pieces of crunchy saffron and rose infused caramel brittle, filled with almonds, pistachios and dates.
