This is our Fat Gold Standard, made from frantoio olives harvested in November 2024. It’s bold and robust, with notes of green almond and black pepper. Everything about this oil is “big,” so it stands toe-to-toe to flavorful, hearty foods: soups, stews, meat, pasta, and especially tomato sauce. This oil's total biophenols came in at 629 mg/kg—it's bursting with antioxidants!
