Our artisanal Blini Wheat Pancakes are a requisite part of a Classic Caviar Service.Lightly toasted, these small bulgur blini wheat pancakes traditionally accompany caviar and creme fraiche for an iconic hors d'oeuvre. They're great with smoked salmon, too!
One order has 16 pancakes (4.75 ounces total). This is a product of France and ships frozen. We recommend keeping blinis frozen. When ready to serve, simply heat in the oven or microwave.
