Boquerones White Anchovies in Vinegar
Boquerones are fresh white anchovies, and this particular selection by Bahía de la Concha is preserved in white wine vinegar, sunflower oil, garlic and parsley. These plump, umami-rich fish are freshly caught from the Cantabrian Sea in Northern Spain, then filleted and packed by hand. Unctuous, sweet, and bright, these are wonderful when kept whole and draped across a slice of toast with nduja.
