North Country Charcuterie's Herbed Wagyu Bresaola is a 2022 Good Food Awards Winner!
For a limited time, it is available in a 2.0 oz, pre-sliced package, as seen in the second product picture.
We use Ohio-raised Wagyu Beef Eye of Round from Sakura Wagyu Farms, delicately flavored with a blend of aromatic herbs and spices. Bresaola is traditionally sliced very thin and served with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh ground pepper.
Our Herbed Wagyu Bresaola takes about 3-4 months to cure, dry and age properly, so we only make it in very limited quantities.
Refrigeration is recommended for quality and each package has a 4-month shelf life. **No nitrate/nitrite added**
