Locally churned Ronnybrook Farm Dairy browned butter lends deep caramel flavors to our interpretation of a classic milk chocolate. Our endeavor to craft exceptional chocolate begins with the selection of flavorful, ethically-sourced cocoa beans. At our workshop in the Catskill Mountains we roast, hand-sort, crack, winnow, refine, and conche in small batches using both modern and traditional techniques.
