Casablanca Market is dedicated to supporting local food makers and creating employment opportunities. Their Beldi Lemons, an indigenous specialty lemon grown in Taroudant, Southern Morocco, are the main ingredient in our delicious and authentic Preserved Lemons.

Beldi Lemons are carefully crafted with love and care, resulting in a mild sweetness and delightful fragrance. They are plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO, Kosher, Halal, nut and soy-free, and free from additives, preservatives, or added sugars.

Not only are these preserved lemons a delicious addition to a variety of dishes, from tagines and stews to salads and pasta, but they also add unique flavor to sandwiches, meats, poultry, and seafood. Simply scrape the pulp and rinse to remove any excess salt, and don't forget to save the pulp for use in seafood, soups, and salad dressings.
