Epicurean Gourmet Series Utensil turner, natural handle w/ slate high temperature nylon head. Will not damage coating on nonstick cookware. Utensil has the look and feel of traditional wood utensil but with all benefits of nylon utensil. Handle is constructed of a nonporous wood based material made with layers of FSC certified paper pressed together with a food safe resin.
