Fishwife Little Sardines

Say hello to our latest drop: Little Sardines, or what we like to call "beginner sardines!" These sardines are packed with Spanish olive oil, lemon zest peel for a hit of acidity, garlic for depth and savoriness, and sea salt for brightness. If you don’t like sardines, these are the sardines for you. Our Little Sardines are: Hand-packed using traditional methods with Spanish olive oil that’s been infused in-house with lemon zest, sea salt, and crushed garlic. Wild-caught in the winter months in the North Atlantic by small family-owned boats in the Northeast Atlantic when the fish quality and nutritional values are at optimal levels. Considered by epicures globally to be nutritional ‘superfish’ — packed with Omega 3’s (to the tune of 3020mg!), Calcium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12.
