Mushroom and summer truffle mixed to obtain the most famous and used truffle sauce.
Spread on bread, add on pasta, pizza, fish, potato salad, green salad, eggs, boiled vegetables.
BLACK TRUFFLE TARTUFATA SAUCE - Ingredients: cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), water, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 2%, vegetable fibesr, salt, flavors, corn starch, squid ink, pepper, garlic. GLUTEN FREE. Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge (+4°C) and consume within 7 days.
