Suhey Peppers are sliced peppers with varying degrees of heat that we steep in olive oil with garlic cloves and spices based on a legendary recipe perfected by our grandma, Ginger Suhey. Perfect for tailgates. A shining star on a charcuterie board. They also amp up the flavor on burgers, brats, sandwiches, eggs, pizza, and basically everything else (except ice cream, don't go there). The Medium Peppers are a few degrees less spicy than most "medium" salsas. The delicious olive oil that's left in the jar when the peppers are finished can be used in cooking, drizzled on salads or roast veggies, or used as a dipping sauce.
