This banana bread is so delicious, no one would guess it's made from a mix. It's fluffy, moist, and just the right amount of sweet! We love the addition of ripe mashed banana to give it that REAL banana flavour (no fake 'natural flavours' here!) Spread a warm slice with your favourite butter, drizzle with PB, or sprinkle some chocolate chips into your muffins for a decadent breakfast. Makes one loaf pan OR 12 muffins.
