North Country Charcuterie - No. 1 Salami

Size: 4 oz. Our richest and creamiest salami boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy (Bellefontaine, Ohio), Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards (Madison, Ohio), chopped garlic, and fresh sage. All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable, but we do encourage refrigeration because of the live active mold that grows on the salami. It's all natural, edible and safe to eat!

We stamp all of our products with a 6-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged. We never ship products with less than 4-months left on that date.
