Our authentic Red Thai Curry Paste is made from organic red chilies, lemongrass and fresh herbs, conveniently sealed in a pouch. It is delicious with chicken, beef, pork or seafood and noodles or vegetables. Medium spicy. Just add Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream and simmer. If you like it spicier, just chop some chilies and add them to the sauce.
