Gorgonzola Dolce is a moist, blue-veined cheese with a smooth and creamy texture. Aged for 45 days in warm rooms, it offers a milder taste than Gorgonzola Piccante, featuring a subtle, slightly tangy flavor. Produced by the Leonardi family of IGOR in Novara for four generations, with the parents and brother still involved in the process, this cheese has earned multiple international awards. While maintaining traditional methods, they’ve embraced modern production techniques to ensure top-quality and consistency. The cheese is packaged in foil-wrapped, sealed quarters.
