Fishwife is proud to unveil our newest tinned seafood offering: Mussels with Sweet Pepper and Garlic, thoughtfully sourced and artfully packed in partnership with heritage producers across Spain and Chile. These tins are a celebration of responsible aquaculture, artisanal canning traditions, and delicious, fresh, craveable flavor. Mussels in a tomato-based sauce with red pepper, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, and spices — bold, balanced, and the sidekick to any toasted baguette.
The mussels are raised in the cold, nutrient-rich waters off the coast of southern Chile — one of the largest mussel-producing regions in the world. Grown using the “Long Lines” method of open-sea aquaculture, our mussels are ASC-certified and harvested at peak season, when they’re at their most tender and flavorful.
