Mushroom and summer truffle mixed to obtain the most famous and used truffle sauce.

Spread on bread, add on pasta, pizza, fish, potato salad, green salad, eggs, boiled vegetables.  

Ingredients: cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), water, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 2%, vegetable fibesr, salt, flavors, corn starch, squid ink, pepper, garlic.

GLUTEN FREE. Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge (+4°C) and consume within 7 days.
