Goats milk is maintained at a rolling boil for hours when a generous portion of whiskey is added. While the alcohol boils off, it leaves a whisper of Whiskey in the smooth creaminess of this caramel.

This sauce works well in sweet and savory dishes paring perfectly with an Egg Nog, coffee drinks, atop ice cream, accompanying a charcuterie board, drizzled on chèvre, seared with pork tenderloin, and glazed carrots.
