Hand harvested in the famed Malabar region of India and classified as Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold (TGSEB), these treasured whole peppercorns ripen fully before harvesting to develop their distinctive aroma, robust flavor and biting heat. Only 10% of the crop receives this special designation, an indication of their true black color, large size and globular shape.
