Sweet Grass Georgia Gouda

Georgia Gouda is a raw cow's milk cheese that is aged more than 60 days. This cheese has a deep yellow color, is very dense, yet creamy and has a little tart, tangy flavor at first which slowly fades to a smooth finish with some sweetness.

As you may know, the state of Georgia is known for its peaches, and pecans and those are excellent accompaniment for the Georgia Gouda. Alternatively serve this gourmet cheese with dark breads, almonds, and fresh fruit on a cheese tray.
