The entire Lavoratti production is conceived as an “editorial line” in which each product is the chapter of a story that tells a flavor and a territory through chocolate.
The packages of our chocolate bars are reminiscent of the cover of a book and a box has even been imagined to contain the first eight proposals.
For our single-origin dark chocolate bar, we chose cocoa from Hacienda San José, in Ecuador, whose story began in Los Ríos in the 1930s.
Today, the company has a cocoa plantation awarded for the high quality of its fava beans collected, fermented and dried with techniques inherited from a centuries-old tradition and perfected over time.
The tablet is available in 60 or 80 g format.
