the california coast strikes gold again! this time it’s delicious. we took silky white chocolate with caramelized sugar and mixed in pure 100% cacao nibs to bring you crunchy, sweet golden goodness. product inspiration: “we always said we wouldn’t do a white chocolate bar. but once i tasted this chocolate, i couldn’t stop eating it. i thought that creating a bar with a contrast of 100% cacao nibs and this chocolate would make a nice balance. if you take the ingredients and mix them together, i like to say, you get milk chocolate. but this is one bar where it’s better to leave them separate and enjoy how the contrasts complement each other.” — chef michael bar size: 2.8 oz
