Our neighbors at Harvest Wine Market have paired perfect wines to go with your dinner that can be purchased before class.
Dry Cider: Dm. Johana Cecillon, "Divona," Cider - From Britany, France, this is a dry cider from hand harvested grapes. Fruity nose, fine bubbles, dry with salty and vanilla flavors. There is an earthy quality from the apple skins that will partner well with the umami flavors of the salads.
White Wine: 2022 Orsola Gavi - From Gavi, Italy, this will err on the more herbal side. The fruit is citrus and citrus rind with intense floral nose of orange blossom and chamomile to enhance the flavors of the earthier ingredients. Great acid and balance.
